Project Overview
The City of Plymouth is improving roads, trails, and utilities along Vinewood Lane between Rockford Road (County Road 9) and Northwest Boulevard (County Road 61), as shown on the project area map.
Proposed improvements include:
- Construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Vinewood Lane and the entrance to the mall parking lot (near Sunshine Factory)
- Vinewood Lane conversion from 4-lanes to 3-lanes between the mall entrance (Sunshine Factory) and Northwest Boulevard
- Installation of a trail on the west side of Vinewood Lane from Rockford Road to Northwest Boulevard
- Installation of a sidewalk or trail on the east side of Vinewood Lane from Rockford Road to the entrance to the mall parking lot (near Kohl's)
- Pedestrian curb ramp installation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- New curb and gutter
- Stormwater, sanitary sewer, and watermain repairs
Access will be maintained to all owner/business throughout construction. However, detours and delays should be expected.
