Project Overview

The City of Plymouth is improving roads, trails, and utilities along Vinewood Ln between Rockford Road (County Road 9) and Northwest Boulevard (County Road 61) , as shown on the project area map.

Proposed improvements include:

• Entire Project
• Installation of concrete pedestrian ramps, as necessary, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Repairs to water main valves
• Repairs to storm sewer catch basins
• Repairs to sanitary sewer manholes
• Trail rehabilitation
• Within the 4000 block of Vinewood Ln
• Replacement of concrete curb and gutter where the curb and gutter are in poor condition
• North of the 4000 block of Vinewood Ln
• Converting the roadway from a 4-lane road to a 3-lane roadway
• More extensive storm sewer rehabilitation

Access will be maintained to all owner/business throughout construction. However, detours and delays should be expected. The city appreciates the patience of area residents, businesses, and motorists during construction.
