Construction Update

September 13, 2019
Street Construction to Occur Soon in Phase 3 of the Candlelight Terrace Reconstruction Project
Due to the recent rain, several construction activities have been delayed and will resume as soon as we experience some drier weather. Tree planting and sod placement in Phase 1 is scheduled to occur in the next couple of weeks. The first layer of asphalt was paved in Phase 2 earlier this week. Asphalt driveways in Phase 2 are scheduled to be paved next week. Street construction will start in Phase 3 as early as Saturday, September 14 with gravel base installation.

Project Overview

This project involves the reconstruction of the streets in the Candlelight Terrace neighborhood, as shown on the map. Street reconstruction is an intensive project that completely rebuilds an existing street.
