The Candlelight Terrace Reconstruction Project is Substantially Complete
The final layer of asphalt was paved last Saturday and the project is substantially complete. Final restoration and clean-up items will occur over the next couple of weeks and some items will continue into next spring. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this long construction season!

Project Overview

This project involves the reconstruction of the streets in the Candlelight Terrace neighborhood, as shown on the map. Street reconstruction is an intensive project that completely rebuilds an existing street. The project will include installation of concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, and replacement of the existing water main.

Anticipated Schedule

  • Informational Meeting: 7-9 p.m. November 29
