Welcome to the Project Spotlight page. This page is where residents can find information, maps and updates on city construction projects currently underway in Plymouth. For more information, click on the project type.

Future projects are identified in the city's 10-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). An interactive map showing the location of Public Works projects included in the CIP is available on the CIP Dashboard. The CIP is a planning-level document and the scope and timing of projects may change.

Some public improvement projects include a special assessment, where benefiting property owners are assessed a portion of the cost of the improvement. Projects that typically include a special assessment are street improvement projects, such as street reconstruction, full-depth reclamation, and mill and overlay. You will be notified by mail if your property is proposed to be assessed for a portion of the cost of an improvement.
