The Plymouth Police Department consists of five divisions:

• Administration (non-sworn personnel, including public safety records, community engagement, communications and data analysis)
• Patrol (including community service officers)
• Professional Standards (hiring/promotions, policies/procedures, and internal affairs)
• Services (including investigations and crime analysis)
• Special Operations (including training, schools and community, and special operations
