Information you provide in this registration will be used by the City of Plymouth. You are not legally required to provide this information; however, this information is needed for registration of Night to Unite event participation. Your information may be kept on file by the City of Plymouth for future communications. 

To ensure fairness and give all neighborhoods an equal opportunity, block party visits this year will be selected through a lottery system rather than on a first-come, first-served basis. 

After the registration window closes on June 14, selected hosts will be notified by email before July 1 if their party has been chosen to receive a visit from City staff. Visits may include representatives from Police, Fire, Public Works, and other City departments. 

Due to the high number of registrations and limited staff availability, not all registered parties will receive a visit. Please complete the form in it’s entirety.
