Notice regarding COVID-19 impacts: Registration for summer recreation programs is slated to begin Wednesday, March 18 for Plymouth residents. Due to the closure of city offices, in-person registration will not be available. Residents must register online (beginning at 6 a.m.) or on the phone, 763-509-5200 (beginning at 10 a.m.). 

Plymouth Parks and Recreation welcomes both residents and non-residents to participate in our extensive recreation programming. The Recreation Division offers year-round programs, classes, concerts, special events, trips, team sports, and sport instruction for youth, adults, and families. Registration Information

  • Log into or create your account online. (New account confirmation email will be sent once account is activated.)
  • Search for classes by keyword or activity number listed in Activities Guide (use first 5 digits only).
  • If a class is full, add your name to the waitlist. We frequently add classes or instructors to accommodate high demand programs.

Class transfer requests and withdrawal/refund requests must be made no less than one full week prior to the first class, unless otherwise noted in the Activity Guide.  A $5 service fee is retained on each withdrawal/refund request, unless otherwise noted in the Activity Guide.

In the event of inclement weather, recreation activities, programs, and events may be canceled. To check for cancellations, call the Plymouth Parks and Recreation weather hotline 763-509-5205.

 Recreation programs held in a school will be canceled if that school closes. Plymouth Parks and Recreation Department does not post weather information for independent youth athletic associations. Parents must contact the individual association for its rain-out procedures.
