Use the Planning & Zoning Application Form (PDF) for any combination of requests for conditional use permits, plats, site plan approvals, variances, and/or zoning ordinance text amendments. Please fill out only one Planning & Zoning Application Form per project. Then, complete any necessary online forms and/or checklist materials below and submit them to planning@plymouthmn.gov or drop them off at the Community Development counter at Plymouth City Hall.

Prior to submitting a Planning & Zoning application, review the appropriate application checklists below to ensure you submit a complete application. Incomplete applications will be sent back to the applicant to resubmit the missing or incomplete items. Applications will only be reviewed after all the necessary items are submitted.
