The Plymouth City Council will be considering changes to the City Code Section 1150 concerning tobacco and related products and Section 1010 concerning license fees.

The public comment period is now open regarding the proposed changes. You are invited to submit comments below through Wednesday, April 8.

You may also share your comments during the public hearing  at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2026 in the Council Chambers at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard.
