It is recommended the following individuals complete a solicitor registration:

• Individuals canvassing for the purpose of political campaigns
• Individuals canvassing for contributions or support for any charitable, religious, civic, educational, philanthropic, social service, or welfare organization
• Individuals covered by the interstate commerce law (selling magazine and publication subscriptions mailed from another state) 

No fees are required for Registered Solicitor License.

The registration year is January 1 through December 31.

Permitted selling hours are 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
