Special Assessments

Special assessments pay for improvements that benefit a property such as street reconstruction, mill and overlay, water and sanitary sewer water mains, sidewalk improvements. Special assessment also are used to recoup delinquent payments such as utilities, diseased tree removal and weed eradication.

Special Assessment Questions
To submit a question about a special assessment, fill out the form below with the following instructions. 

  • Enter your address and click "Confirm Location."
  • Select "No Photo."
  • Leave the "Description" text box blank.
  • Enter your question in the "Please describe your question or concern" text box.
  • Enter your name, property address, email address and phone number.

After you have confirmed details, you will receive a follow-up email acknowledging your request (the form is powered by a tool called SeeClickFix, which will ask applicants to set up an account). An additional email will follow once the request has been processed.
