Ordinance Establishing Street Improvement Special Assessment Fees
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Chapter III, Administration of City Government of the Plymouth City Code is amended to add a new Section 330.02. Street Improvement Special Assessments as follows:
330.02. Street Improvement Special Assessments.
The amount of special assessment for street improvements under the city’s Public Improvement Special Assessment Policy for undeveloped properties that are guided for single-family use and for developed properties that are zoned and developed for single family use are as follows:

The interest rate for special assessments under the city’s Public Improvement Special Assessment Policy shall be 3 percent.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and summary publication pursuant to Section 3.08 of the City Charter.
