As Minnesota gradually reopens during COVID-19, the City of Plymouth has incorporated technology to enhance convenience, efficiency and safety for customers – book an appointment with the city today. While city offices are not fully reopen to the public just yet, all departments continue to provide service.

Appointments help limit exposure, reduce lines or gatherings, and help facilitate social distancing at city facilities.

Customers who book an appointment can wait in the convenience of their vehicles until city staff is available to assist them. This new booking software allows customers to virtually check-in when they arrive, and receive notifications when it's time for them to come inside.
