About the Climate Action and Resiliency Plan
The City of Plymouth is in the process of developing a Climate Action and Resiliency Plan around three pillars – Advancing Equity, Climate Change Mitigation, and Increasing Community Resiliency. Plan efforts kicked off in the summer of 2025 with the help of consultant paleBLUEdot and a grant agreement with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
