Post Date:01/30/2020 4:51 pm

The City of Plymouth has prepared an Environmental Assessment Worksheet – which is now available for public review and comment – regarding a proposal to redevelop the former Hollydale Golf Course site, 4710 Holly Lane.

The City of Plymouth will accept public comments on the EAW for the proposed project. Comments must be submitted in writing by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020. Submit comments via email to or by mail to:

Community Development
Plymouth City Hall
3400 Plymouth Blvd.
Plymouth, MN 55447

An EAW helps identify whether a proposed project has the potential for significant adverse environmental effects warranting the need for an Environmental Impact Statement.
