The Plymouth transit staff posts rider alerts on this area of the website to keep riders informed of changes to bus routes or other transit news. Paper versions of rider alerts are also distributed on all affected Plymouth Metrolink buses.
Rider Alert: Service adjustment route surveys
To make service more efficient, Plymouth Metrolink will adjust routes with low ridership, including eliminating trips. To ensure that the appropriate trips are adjusted, Metrolink is conducting a survey with riders of routes 740, 741, 742, 747, 771 and 791.
Riders of these routes are asked to complete a brief survey, which will be distributed on buses serving the affected routes.
Surveys are also available below. Riders can print a survey and deliver the completed form to a Metrolink bus driver. Survey responses can be also be emailed to email@example.com.
As routes are adjusted, riders are reminded of Plymouth Metrolink’s Dial-A-Ride, which is an alternative if trips are eliminated due to low-ridership.
