Online Utility Billing and Payments are Now Available
City of Plymouth utility customers can now pay and track their bills online. The new feature adds convenience and reduces paper.
To sign up, customers need to register with the city’s authorized payment processor, Payment Services Network. The new service allows users to submit, schedule or set up automatic payments. Customers also have access to billing history and the ability to print receipts.
Online billing is offered at no additional cost to city utility customers. The city asks customers switching to online billing to opt out of receiving mailed bills to conserve paper – notification emails will be sent instead of traditional mail.
Payments can be made over the phone at 1-877-885-7968 – customers should have their billing account number ready when calling. Visit plymouthmn.gov/payonline for more information and to register.
