DESCRIPTION:<p>The City of Plymouth is set to wrap up the free Summer Beach Series with the Beaches, Bands &amp; Brews event 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7 at East Medicine Lake Park, 1740 East Medicine Lake Blvd.&nbsp;</p><p>The community is invited to spend an evening at the beach, playing yard games and enjoying live music by Debbie Briggs (band also includes: Tim Kirchhof, Matt Peterson, Alissa Jacobsen, and Tim Zhorne) known for their for toe-tapping timeless sounds of Americana, classic country, western swing and blues.&nbsp;</p><p>Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event from the following:</p><ul>    <li>El Jefe - serving "American" classics such as burgers, buffalo chicken wraps, &amp; Philly steak sandwiches</li>    <li>Kumain - serving Filipino cuisine</li>    <li>La Cocina - serving tacos and more</li>    <li>Soft Serve Social - ice cream&nbsp;</li></ul><p> Food vendors are subject to change. Attendees should bring cash/credit for food and beverage purchases, as well as blankets or lawn chairs for seating.&nbsp;</p><h4>Parking and More Information</h4><p>Parking at East Medicine Lake Park is limited. Attendees may also park at nearby West Medicine Lake Park, 1920 West Medicine Lake Drive. The parks are connected by a 2-mile path for walkers or bikers, and signage will be posted to guide attendees to the event. Bike racks are available at East Medicine Lake Park.&nbsp;</p><p>The event is free and open to the public.
