Two League of Women Voters-sponsored candidate forums are set for 6:30-7:15 p.m. (Mayor forum) and 7:20-9 p.m. (Council forum), Thursday, Sept. 17 at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. The public is invited.
