We are pleased to announce the start of the Reimagine Plymouth 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this project is to build upon past planning efforts, evaluate current data and trends, and incorporate the input and perspectives of Plymouth residents and businesses into a plan that will serve as a guiding document for the growth and development of the City over the coming 10-20 years.
Owners and operators of businesses with a physical presence in Plymouth are invited to attend a Business Community Workshop on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 8:00 – 9:30 AM at Plymouth City Hall (3400 Plymouth Blvd).
This is your opportunity to tell us what you think, before plans and recommendations are crafted. Come prepared to:
- Identify planning priorities, issues, and opportunities facing the business community.
- Build consensus on the potential future needs of Plymouth.
- Identify projects and improvements that would help existing and future businesses.
The workshop and planning effort will be facilitated by Houseal Lavigne, a community planning and urban design firm. Key outcomes of the plan will be a future land use map, recommendations for land use and development, housing and neighborhoods, economic development, transportation, public facilities, surface water, wastewater, and water supply, parks, trails, and natural systems.
