COVID-19 Event Cancellations
The health and safety of our community is a priority for the City of Plymouth. As a precaution, the city is taking several actions aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). These decisions follow Minnesota Department of Health recommendations to reduce the frequency of large gatherings and promote social distancing.
A variety of recreation activities and events, including Discover Plymouth, Primavera, the Harbor Revue and Kids Garage Sale, have been canceled or postponed until further notice.

The City of Plymouth annual low-cost tree and shrub sale begins Sunday, March 1.
Get Help Choosing the Right Plants
Before placing an order online, residents can get help choosing the right trees, shrubs and fruit plants for their yard. City forestry staff will be available to offer advice and answer questions about this year’s plant selections at the following events.
- Tree & Shrub Sale Preview – 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27 at the Plymouth Maintenance Facility, 14900 23rd Ave. N.
- Discover Plymouth – 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at the Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Ave. N.

Orders will be accepted through Friday, May 1.Orders will be available for pickup 3-6 p.m. Friday, May 8 and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 9 at the Plymouth Maintenance Facility.
