Tier II Reporting
Facilities that meet the requirements established under Section 312 of SARA Title III are required to submit Tier II reports by March 1 of each year.
Reports are filed with the Minnesota Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA) program and can be found on the Minnesota Department of Public Safety webpage. A copy of the report must also be filed with the City of Plymouth, and should be sent electronically to email@example.com.
Information submitted in prior years can be used to update current required reports. All Tier II facilities are sent a letter from the Minnesota EPCRA program in January with steps for submitting the online report.
Emergency Contingency Plans
Companies required to submit emergency contingency plans to the City of Plymouth are encouraged to do so electronically. A PDF of the plan can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, which meets requirements for both the Plymouth Fire Department and the Plymouth Police Department.
