Plymouth Fire Service logoThe Plymouth Fire Department, established in 1960, provides fire suppression, technical rescue, hazardous materials response and public education programs. Services are provided through a staffed station (duty crew) program and a traditional page-out system, which operate out of three fire stations.

Each year, the Plymouth Fire Department responds to more than 1,400 calls, including all types of fires, emergencies, traffic crashes, and medical and mutual aid calls to other communities. Fire personnel receive more than 7,000 combined hours of training each year. View the organization chart.

Community Education Programs
The Plymouth Fire Department offers programming aimed at fire prevention and safety – including the Fire Department open house, car seat checkups and the sale of low-cost bicycle helmets.
