Customers need to register with the city’s authorized payment processor, Payment Services Network. The service allows users to submit, schedule or set up automatic payments. Customers also have access to billing history and the ability to print receipts.
Online billing is offered at no additional cost to city utility customers. The city asks customers switching to online billing to opt out of receiving mailed bills to conserve paper – notification emails will be sent instead of traditional mail.

Automatic pay is an efficient, no-hassle way to pay your City of Plymouth utility bill. Payments are deducted directly from your checking or savings account on each billing due date. There is no charge for this service.
To sign up for automatic pay, please submit a completed Automatic Pay Plan Authorization Form (PDF) along with your current utility bill payment. You will know your enrollment is complete when you see the words, 'DO NOT PAY – AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL ON DUE DATE' on your bill statement. Until then, you should continue to make your payments as usual.
If you change accounts, please submit an updated authorization form with a voided check.
Automatic pay can be cancelled at any time by notifying the city in writing that you wish to discontinue this service.
