EqFair_boy_plantingA healthy environment is important to the excellent quality of life in Plymouth. Informed citizens take action to protect the lakes, wetlands and other natural surroundings they love. The City of Plymouth provides information and opportunities for residents so that they better understand the many ways they can take action to protect the environment.

From hands-on classroom lessons to citywide publications and events, Plymouth’s environmental education program addresses waste reduction, recycling and water quality along with new and emerging environmental issues.
