City of Plymouth Entertainment in the Parks events

Special events bring the community together. Free concerts, theater, water ski shows and other performances are set for Plymouth this summer as part of the city’s annual Entertainment in the Parks series.

Naturalist Visit featuring a large turtle in Plymouth

Naturalist Visit: Minnesota Zoomobile | June 13
Free naturalist visit featuring the Minnesota Zoomobile is set for 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 13 at the Hilde Small Stage, 3500 Plymouth Blvd. 

Learn about "cool animals of the north." Zoo staff will bring animals to Plymouth and teach about environmental stewardship.

Happy Birthday America Parade in Plymouth

Happy Birthday America Parade | June 27
Bring bikes, trikes, wagons and friends for a festive kids parade Wednesday, June 27 at the Hilde Performance Center, 3500 Plymouth Blvd.

Decorating begins at 10 a.m., followed by the parade at 10:30 a.m. Music at the Hilde Small Stage by Wendy's Wiggle Jiggle Jam begins at 11 a.m. Free event.

Covering every corner of home improvement.

Plymouth Home Expo

Get ready for the growing season, visit exhibitors, attend presentations and shop for unique gardening tools and furnishings at the Plymouth Home Expo. Attendees can also gather up home improvement and landscaping ideas for upcoming projects.

The event is set for 6-9 p.m. Friday, April 7 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8 at the Plymouth Creek Center Fieldhouse, 14800 34th Ave. N., Plymouth. The event is free to attend.

Home Expo Feature
Hennepin County Fix-It Clinic:
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8. Fix broken household items at the free Hennepin County Fix-It Clinic, featured at the Home Expo.

Receive free guided assistance from volunteers with repair skills to disassemble, troubleshoot and fix items such as small household appliances, clothing, electronics, mobile devices and more. Fix-It Clinics teach valuable troubleshooting and basic repair skills, build community connections and reduce the number of repairable objects that are thrown in the trash.
